Preventive Maintenance
Your roof system receives more abuse from the elements than any other part of the building and can be the most expensive to repair when problems occur. Periodic inspections and preventive maintenance can identify and solve problems as they happen and maximize the service life of the roof.
JD Contractors custom tailors a maintenance program for your roof. The type of roofing system and age are the primary factors used to determine the frequency and cost of a program.
A preventive maintenance site visit includes:
• A visual inspection of the entire roof
• Photographing any deficiencies found
• Repairing any minor issues
Once the preventive maintenance site visit is complete you’ll be provided a written report with pictures summarizing the results of the inspection.
The report will include a description of any weak areas, a proposal with options to correct any suspect areas, and an estimate of the life expectancy of the roofing system.
The cost of a preventive maintenance program is minor when compared to the money lost replacing a roofing system that has failed prematurely. Our goal is to maximize the life of your roof and save you money in the long run.
